Nodes outside the Chinese mainland
Ensure that you have completed Alibaba Cloud account registration.
Chinese mainland nodes
Complete real-name verification. This is a prerequisite for using Alibaba Cloud services deployed in the Chinese mainland. You can verify your account as an individual or as an enterprise. For more information, see Real-name Verification Overview.
Complete the business compliance commitment: Go to the compliance filing page, select the compliance commitment check box, and contact your account manager for review confirmation.
