You need to purchase for using edge access ports and lines. Purchasing an edge access port requires a port resource occupation fee. Purchasing an edge access line requires a circuit access fee for circuit delivery.
Billing rules
The billing method for edge access ports and lines is monthly subscription. The following table describes the prices.
Billing cycle
The billing cycle for port resource occupation and line access is counted by months.
The billing cycle does not start from the payment, but starts from the service start time. The end time is 00:00:00 (UTC+8) on the day after expiration according to your subscription.
Example
Customer A created an edge access port and line instance on June 13, 2025, and completed the payment on June 15, 2025, with a subscription duration of 1 month. On July 20, 2025, the customer confirmed the service start time as July 15, 2025. Then the customer renewed for 1 month before the expiration. Customer A's billing cycle is:
First billing cycle: 00:00:00 on July 15, 2025 to 00:00:00 on August 15, 2025.
Second billing cycle: 00:00:00 on August 15, 2025 to 00:00:00 on September 15, 2025.

On July 20, 2025, the customer confirmed the service start time as July 15, 2025, and renewed for 1 month before the expiration. Customer B's total fee is as follows:
