You can unsubscribe from the cloud desktops of Elastic Desktop Service (EDS) on the unsubscription page. This topic describes refunds for cloud desktops.

  • Only your paid amounts can be refunded. You cannot obtain refunds for coupons.
  • If you do not comply with related regulations or the terms of service, you cannot receive a refund.
  • Before you unsubscribe from a cloud desktop, you must check the information about the resources from which you want to unsubscribe, and agree to the terms and refund amount.
  • When you purchase subscription cloud desktop resources, you pay for the resources in advance based on the specified duration. If you want to release the resources that are no longer required within the duration, you can submit a ticket.
