Elastic Compute Service:Delete a replication pair-consistent group

Last Updated:Oct 23, 2023

When a replication pair-consistent group is no longer needed, you can delete it to release resources. When the replication pair-consistent group is deleted, the disk resources at the primary and secondary sites are not deleted. This topic describes how to delete a replication pair-consistent group.

Prerequisites

  • The replication pair-consistent group is in the Stopped state.

  • Before you delete a replication pair-consistent group, make sure that all replication pairs in the replication pair-consistent group are deleted. For more information, see Remove a replication pair.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Elastic Block Storage (EBS) console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Enterprise-level Features > Replication Pair-consistent Group.

  3. In the upper-left corner of the top navigation bar, select a region. 地域

  4. Find the replication pair-consistent group that you want to delete. In the Operation column, choose image.png > Delete.

  5. In the dialog box that appears, click OK.

After the replication pair-consistent group is deleted, the secondary disks roll back to the point in time at which the last asynchronous replication was completed and drop all the data that is being replicated from the primary disks.
