When a resource plan's remaining quota drops below a threshold, DCDN notifies you by emails, or internal messages.
Configure product expiration notifications
After you configure product expiration notifications, the system notifies you by emails, or internal messages before your subscribed product instance or resource plan expires or is suspended.
Log on to the DCDN console.
In the top navigation bar, hover over
and click Message Settings. On the Basic Settings page, find Notifications of Product Expiration and select notification methods.
When a subscribed product is about to expire, Alibaba Cloud notifies the contacts of the current account. Click Modify to add other contacts.
NoteProduct expiration notifications remind you to renew or top up your subscribed product instances before they expire and are suspended, and to use your coupons before they expire. These notifications are different from resource plan remaining quota alerts, which notify you when a prepaid resource plan's remaining quota drops below a specified threshold.
