Introduction
The first time you query the status of an ECS instance, you must grant the cloud resource access permission to SSI. This article describes the reasons and methods for SSI authorization.
Background
What is SSI?
Service Solution Instance (SSI) supports mini programs to help you quickly locate and resolve issues.
Why authorize SSI
When the chatbot queries ECS instance-related questions, to accurately determine whether an ECS instance has exceptions, the chatbot obtains the status of the ECS instance, such as "is your account overdue" and "Is it stopped". The intelligent customer service robot uses SSI to obtain the ECS instance status.
Note: SSI does not affect the operation of the ECS instance or obtain your private data.
How to authorize SSI
When you query the status of an ECS instance for the first time, click cloud resource access authorization on the confirm authorization page.
Note: If authorization is not supported by the chatbot or authorization fails, you can manually authorize the chatbot.
