Cloud Phone:View tasks

All actions on cloud phone instances, such as managing apps, files, and backups, or checking status, are tracked as tasks in the Task Center where you can monitor progress and dive into details effortlessly.

View task summary

  1. Log on to the Cloud Phone console.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click Task Center.

  3. Check recent task status in the pop-up panel.

    To view the details of all tasks, click View All in the lower part of the panel.

View task details

  1. Log on to the Cloud Phone console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose O&M & Monitoring > Tasks.

  3. On the Task Center page, click the Task View tab.

  4. On the Task View tab, check the status and details of all tasks, including the type, instance ID, and common parameters.

    Note

    Click View Details in the Actions column to view the details of all subtasks of a specific task.

View subtask details

For tasks covering multiple instances, a subtask is created for each instance.

  1. Log on to the Cloud Phone console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose O&M & Monitoring > Tasks.

  3. On the Task Center page, click the Subtask View tab.

  4. On the Subtask View tab, view the status and details of all subtasks, including the parent task ID, task type, instance name/ID, and common parameters.
