Cloud Phone:Get started with Agentic Mobile

Prerequisites

Sign up for an Alibaba Cloud account, and complete individual verification or enterprise verification. You must use your Alibaba Cloud account or a RAM user with the AliyunAgentBayFullAccess permission.

Create a node

Each node is an Agentic Mobile instance for running agent tasks.

1. Log on to the Agentic Mobile console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, select Node, and then click Create Node.

3. Select a Plan and specify the Quantity:

   Note

   • Agentic Mobile plans are billed monthly and support auto-renewal.

   • Credits are the billing unit for Agentic Mobile's built-in AI services. They are based on large language model (LLM) token consumption. For more details, see credits package.

   • Advanced: Includes 1 agent node, 1,000 credits, and support for standard apps.

   • Ultimate: Includes 60 agent nodes, 40,000 credits, and support for video apps.

4. Configure the following parameters and click Buy Now.

   • Bandwidth package: Ranges from 5 Mbps to 3,072 Mbps.

     Note

     • The Advanced plan includes 5 Mbps of initial bandwidth, and the Ultimate plan includes 20 Mbps.

     • All nodes share the configured bandwidth.

   • Credit Top-up Package: If your plan's included credits are insufficient, you can purchase a credit top-up package. This package is valid for 6 months, is shared across all nodes, and takes effect immediately. Unused credits expire when the package expires.

Chat with Agentic Mobile

After you create a node, go to the Chat page to send instructions to Agentic Mobile.

1. In the left-side navigation pane, select Chat.

2. In the lower-left corner of the message box, select a Node.

3. From the drop-down menu on the right, select the OpenClaw agent, and then send an instruction or task.

   For example, after you send an instruction such as "Download Tencent MyApp and install Taobao," the phone emulator on the left shows the Taobao details page from Tencent MyApp, displaying information such as its rating, download count, and package size. In the chat area on the right, the OpenClaw agent reports the task results. The results confirm that Tencent MyApp was downloaded, Taobao (87.1 MB) was found and downloaded, Taobao was installed, and the package com.taobao is present. The agent also provides several options for opening the Taobao app.

View tasks

Agentic Mobile automatically breaks down chat requests into executable tasks. Go to the Tasks page to view the execution results for all tasks.

The task list includes the following information:

• Task status: Shows statuses such as Running, Completed, or Failed.

• Execution details, which you can view by clicking a task.

• If a task fails, you can view the reason for the failure and resend the instruction in the chat.
