This document describes the billing methods, billable items, pricing, and how to check your costs for the AI Cloud Phone MobileAgent Package and Credit Top-up Packages.

Billing methods

AI Cloud Phone is a prepaid service. You purchase packages based on your estimated credit consumption, which depends on factors like AI service call frequency and context length. You can purchase additional Credit Top-up Packages at any time to add more credits.

Note

A credit is the billing unit for Cloud Phone's built-in AI services and is consumed based on large model token usage.

Billing method

Description

Prepaid (MobileAgent Package)

An out-of-the-box, cloud-based Android agent. Select a package based on the number of agent nodes and whether you require GPU acceleration.

Prepaid (Credit Top-up Package)

You pay for AI service calls by purchasing Credit Top-up Packages, which are available in different tiers.

Important
  • You can purchase multiple MobileAgent Packages. Each package adds to your total number of agent nodes.

  • The credits are added to your balance, but each package retains its own expiration date.

  • Credit Top-up Packages are activated immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable.

  • If you run out of credits, AI services will be suspended. Your user data will not be affected. To resume AI services, purchase a new Credit Top-up Package anytime before your MobileAgent Package expires.

  • Credit Top-up Packages have a standard price of CNY 50 per 1,000 credits (CNY 0.05 per credit).

  • You can purchase multiple Credit Top-up Packages. Your credits are automatically aggregated.

Consumption rules

AI service calls consume credits based on the number of tokens used:

  • Credits consumed = Number of tokens consumed (in millions) × Model coefficient

Note

Currently, all Cloud Phone models are standard, with a model coefficient of 16.

  2. View your current credit balance in the top navigation bar.

  1. Log in to the JVS Mobile console.

  2. Hover over the Credit Card and click Credit Details. Then, select a time period to view task details, dates, and credit changes.

Renewal recommendations

  • We recommend setting a low credit balance alert to ensure you can top up your credits before they run out.

  • To get better value, consider choosing a larger Credit Top-up Package based on your usage patterns. Also, watch for special promotions on credit packages.

FAQ

Do credits expire?

Credits from a MobileAgent Package expire with the package. Credits from a Credit Top-up Package are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Expired credits cannot be used for AI services.

What happens when I run out of credits?

When you run out of credits, you cannot call AI services. However, your Cloud Phone data is retained until your MobileAgent Package expires. To resume AI services, purchase a new Credit Top-up Package.

Can I get a refund?

Credit Top-up Packages are prepaid and non-refundable, so please purchase them according to your business needs.

How do I estimate how many credits I need?

Check your historical usage in the consumption records section of the console to estimate future credit needs. We recommend starting with a smaller Credit Top-up Package for trial purposes and adjusting your purchasing strategy based on actual consumption.
