After your administrator assigns you a cloud phone, log on to the Alibaba Cloud Workspace desktop client with the provided credentials to access and manage it.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
Logon credentials — Your administrator sends these to your designated email address after assigning a cloud phone. The credentials include your organization ID (or office network ID), username, and initial password.
The desktop client — Download the Alibaba Cloud Workspace client for free from Download Alibaba Cloud Workspace Client. Supported platforms:
Web: Google Chrome or Firefox
Windows: 64-bit Windows 7 and later
macOS: macOS 10.15 and later
If you are an administrator, create and assign cloud phones first:
Log on to the client
The following steps use the Windows client (v7.3.1) as an example.
Open the Windows client. In the upper part of the page, select Enterprise Edition, select the service agreement check box, enter your organization ID or office network ID, and then click the arrow icon.

Enter your username and password, then click the arrow icon.
NoteOn first login, use the initial password from your credentials email. You will be prompted to set a new password immediately. The initial password is valid for three days. If the initial password expires, click Forgot password to get a new one.

After logging on, your assigned cloud resources appear in the cloud resource list. Click the connect icon on a resource card to open it. If you don't see any cloud phones, contact your administrator to confirm that a phone has been assigned to your account.
