After you create a cluster session in the E-HPC Portal from an application template, such as VNCViewer or AutoDockTools, you can manage your sessions. You can view the details and status of each session and delete unneeded sessions. This topic describes how to manage your cluster sessions.
Procedure

Log on to the E-HPC Portal.

In the top navigation bar, select Session Management to open the session list page.
On the session list page, the panel on the left lets you filter sessions by User, Status (Starting, Running, or Exception), and Type (VNC, Web, or App). The session list on the right displays details for each session, including Session name, User, Type, Status, Application, Connection time, Port number, and Hostname. The Action column also provides Detail and Delete options.

In the Session Filtering area, you can use the following parameters to filter your sessions.
Parameter
Description
Status
Filters sessions by status. Supported statuses are Starting, Running, and Exception.
Type
Filters sessions by type. Supported types are VNC, Web, and App.

After you find a session, do one of the following:

Click the Session name to open the session page.

In the Action column, click Detail to view session information, including the user, port number, VNC port number, and hostname.

In the Action column, click Delete to remove an unneeded cluster session.
