You can stop an Instant Computing Service job if it is no longer needed. This topic describes how to stop a job in the console.
Prerequisites
You can stop only jobs that are in the Initializing, Waiting, Retrying, Stopping, Restarting, or Running status. After a job is stopped, the node resources are released, and you are no longer charged for these resources.
Procedure
Select your region from the upside menu.
On the Job List page, find the job to stop and click Stop in the Actions column.
In the pop up dialog box, confirm the job information and click Confirm.
Refresh the page. After the job is stopped, the status changes to Stopped.
