.com, .net, .xyz, .shop, .top, .cc, and .co.

Procedure

1. Check deletion eligibility and fees.

   In the Domain Names console, go to Bulk Operations > Common Batch Operations > Batch Paid Deletion and click View Deletion Fee Details to review the conditions for deletion.

   Field	Description
   TLD	The TLDs that are eligible for paid deletion.
   Grace Period	The window of time after registration during which a domain name can be deleted. Deletion is not possible after this period.
   Deletion Fee	The fee required to delete the domain name.
   Premium Domain Name Deletion Fee	The deletion fee for a premium domain name. This may differ from the fee for a standard domain name. Registration Price refers to the amount you paid during registration.
   Maximum Deletion Rate	The maximum percentage of a TLD's monthly registrations on Alibaba Cloud that are allowed to be deleted.
   Deletion Rate	The current monthly deletion percentage for the TLD. If this rate reaches the maximum deletion rate, no more deletions for that TLD are allowed until the next month.

2. Ensure that your account balance is sufficient.

   The paid deletion service deducts the fee from your account balance. Ensure your balance is sufficient to cover the fee. If your balance is insufficient, add funds to your account before proceeding.

3. Submit the deletion task.

   Important

   • Deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, a domain name is removed from your account and immediately becomes available for public registration.

   • To prevent service interruptions, confirm that the domain name is not in use for any services, such as a website or email. If it is, back up all necessary data and migrate your DNS service before you proceed with the deletion.

   On the Batch Paid Deletion page, enter the domain names to delete, enter the email verification code, and agree to the relevant terms. Then, click Submit.

4. Verify the deletion and refund.

   1. Check the deletion status: Go to the Bulk Operations Log page, find the deletion task, and click View Details in the Actions column.

   2. Confirm the refund: After a successful deletion, Alibaba Cloud refunds the full registration fee to your original payment method. The refund is typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
