Mobile Platform as a Service:mPaaS Baseline Release Overview

Last Updated:Mar 26, 2026

This topic describes the maintenance rules for mPaaS baselines and provides the current baseline list and upgrade instructions.

The mPaaS client SDK follows a 2-3-6 maintenance cycle. After a new major version baseline is officially released, support for the legacy major version baseline ends as follows:

  • New feature requests are no longer accepted after 2 months.

  • System requirement adaptations are no longer provided after 3 months.

  • Bug fixes and security updates are no longer provided after 6 months.

After full testing, new major version baselines are first released as beta versions and run for a period. During this beta phase, the mPaaS team prioritizes support for beta versions. To ensure your application receives new features promptly, begin using the new baseline version as soon as possible. The mPaaS team reserves the right to interpret these rules.
