VPN Gateway allows you to view SSL-VPN connection logs. After VPN Gateway is integrated with Network Intelligence Service (NIS), you can use VPN gateway diagnostics and reachability analyzer to troubleshoot connection or traffic issues.

Troubleshooting page
Troubleshoot SSL-VPN connection issues from the Troubleshooting page in the VPC console.
Log on to the VPC console.

In the left-side navigation pane, click Troubleshooting.

On the Troubleshooting page, click the VPN Gateway tab.

Select an issue to view possible causes, suggestions, and troubleshooting options.

Method 1: Use the features on the VPN Gateways page
Log on to the VPN Gateway console. On the VPN Gateways page, find your VPN gateway and click Diagnose in the Diagnose column. Choose VPN gateway diagnostics or reachability analyzer.
Method 2: Use the features on the VPN gateway details page
Log on to the VPN Gateway console.

On the VPN Gateways page, find your VPN gateway and click its ID.

On the VPN gateway details page, click the Diagnose tab. Choose VPN gateway diagnostics or reachability analyzer.
