|Virus blocking||In the left-side navigation pane of the Security Center console, click Settings. On the page that appears, find the Proactive Defense section.||If virus programs start, Security Center collects process files. The backend engine returns the detection
results. If you enable automatic quarantine, Security Center automatically terminates
malicious processes to prevent virus intrusion.
The feature detects virus programs when the programs start.
|After you enable virus blocking, Security Center automatically quarantines common
viruses and displays quarantine records on the Alerts page. After you disable virus blocking, Security Center only sends alerts to you
if viruses are detected on your servers. The viruses are not automatically quarantined,
and you must manually handle them on the Alerts page.
Note Security Center does not automatically quarantine computer viruses. Computer viruses jeopardize system processes. If system processes are unexpectedly terminated, risks on system stability arise. You must manually handle computer viruses.
