How can I enable a disabled account that has exceeded the maximum number of failed password attempts allowed?

When you log on to a mailbox account using Webmail and exceed the maximum number of logon attempts, the account will temporarily be disabled. In this situation, you can contact the postmaster to reset your password and log on again. You can also go through a process to unlock your account as follows.
Log on to the Alibaba Mail console, click Employee Accounts, search for the required account, select the account, and click Unlock in the Actions column.
