What can I do if the logon page cannot be opened?

  1. The resolution record of is not added to the DNS server. You can contact the postmaster to add the DNS record. For a temporary logon, you can access or to log on to your mailbox to send or receive emails.
  2. If you are still unable to open the page after the DNS record has been added, this issue may occur when you fail to connect to the mail server. You can restart your router or log on to the Alibaba Cloud console using a member account to open a ticket. Our personnel will assist you in testing the network connection.
