What can I do if a message appears at a logon: Logon failed, your IP address is in the blacklist?

If you are shown the prompt that your IP address is in the blacklist, this indicates that the postmaster has set Allowed IP Addresses in the console. Accounts in the domain can only log on to the mailbox from specific IP addresses. When the IP address of your login is not within the range set by the postmaster, you will be prompted with this message. You can contact the postmaster to reset Allowed IP Addresses.
