Alibaba Cloud DNS:Change DNS servers for a Xinnet domain

Procedure

1. Log in to the Xinnet homepage and click Console at the top of the page.

2. In the left navigation pane, click Domain.

3. On the Domain Name Service page, click Domain Name Management.

4. On the Domain Name Management page, click Manage for the relevant domain name.

5. Next to More Domain Information, click Enter Management.

6. On the page that opens, click Modify DNS.

7. On the Modify Domain DNS page, select Use Non-Xinnet DNS, enter the DNS server names provided by Alibaba Cloud DNS, and then click Submit.

   Note

   If you are unsure of the DNS server names provided by Alibaba Cloud DNS, see View the DNS server addresses for a domain name.

   For example, enter vip3.alidns.com in the Primary DNS field and vip4.alidns.com in the Secondary DNS field.

8. After saving the settings, wait for the DNS server configuration to take effect. The changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate globally.
