Alibaba Cloud DNS:How to Change DNS Servers for Xinnet Domain Names

Procedure

1. Log on to the Xinnet homepage. Then click the Console button at the top of the page.

2. In the navigation pane on the left, click the Domain Names button.

3. On the Domain Name Services page, click Domain Name Management.

4. On the Domain Name Management page, click the Manage button next to your domain name.

5. After the page opens, click the Go to Management button next to More Domain Information.

6. On the new page that opens, click the Modify DNS button.

7. On the Modify Domain Name DNS page, select Use Non-Xinnet DNS. Enter the DNS server names assigned by Alibaba Cloud DNS in the text box. Then click Submit to complete the configuration.

   If you do not know the DNS server names assigned by Alibaba Cloud DNS, see View the DNS server addresses for a domain name.

8. After you complete the configuration, wait for the DNS server settings to take effect. Global propagation typically takes up to 48 hours.
