Outbound Traffic

You can use outbound data transfer plans to offset data transfer fees that are incurred when DCDN accelerates content delivery.

Important

If you want to use data transfer plans to offset data transfer fees, the metering method must be pay-by-data-transfer. If the metering method is pay-by-bandwidth, the plan will not take effect. The plan will resume taking effect when the metering method is changed to pay-by-data-transfer.

Data transfer overage is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Outbound data transfer plans are region-specific. Each data transfer plan takes effect only in the accelerated region that you specify when you purchase the data transfer plan.
