Asset 360 gives you a single page to inspect any task or table in depth: basic attributes, active governance issues, associated baselines, instance execution history, metric trends, and event records. Instead of navigating across multiple pages to assess an asset's health, you can review all dimensions from one place and act on governance issues directly.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have one of the following:
-
An Alibaba Cloud account
-
A Resource Access Management (RAM) user with the
AliyunDataWorksfullAccesspolicy -
A tenant administrator role
-
A tenant-level data governance administrator role
Users without the above roles can access only workspaces where they hold an administrator role.
Limitations
-
Table-level Asset 360 is available only for MaxCompute, E-MapReduce (EMR), and Hologres data sources.
-
To view a Hologres table, first collect Hologres metadata in Data Map. For details, see Metadata collection.
-
Hologres data sources are supported in Data Asset Governance only in the following regions: China (Beijing), China (Shanghai), China (Hangzhou), and China (Shenzhen).
Open Asset 360
-
Log on to the DataWorks console. In the top navigation bar, select your region.
-
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Data Governance > Data Asset Governance, then click Go to Data Asset Governance.
-
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Assets > Business Asset.
-
Find the asset, then click Asset 360 in the Actions column.
-
If the asset is a table, the Table 360 page opens.
-
If the asset is a task, the Task 360 page opens.
-

Table 360
The Table 360 page contains the following sections.
| Section | What you can see and do |
|---|---|
| Basic information | Key attributes of the table, including time, specifications, partition information, and associated task information. |
| Governance issue | All governance issues detected on the table, with the status of each issue and the deduction points applied to the table's health score. To handle an issue, click the issue name in the Governance Issue column or click Handle in the Actions column — both redirect to the Work Items page. To view issue details from multiple dimensions, click the issue count in the Issues column to open the issue's details page on the Knowledge page, where you can review the Associated governance item, Rule judgment, Processing guide, and Usage notes sections. For more information, see Handle governance issues. |
| Task associated baseline | All baselines the table belongs to, along with today's execution details for each baseline — including Baseline name, Priority, Status, Committed completion time, and Alert time. Click a baseline name to go to the Smart Baseline page. For more information, see Smart Baseline overview. |
| Task execution information | Execution records for instances generated in the last 30 days. Filter by Instance ID, Execution Status, or Instance Type. Sort by Data Timestamp, Scheduling Time, Start Time, End Time, or Running Duration. To switch to another task, select it from the Task drop-down list. To view instance details, click View Details in the Actions column to go to Operation Center. |
| Metric trend | Trends for data synchronization tasks over a selected time range, across dimensions such as Running duration, Start time, Completion time, and Scheduling waiting time. Click View Details to open the Overview > Workbench page and inspect task resource and compute/storage resource consumption for a specific workspace and period. |
| Event records | Operation history for the table and details about detected governance issues, including the date each issue was identified, the issue owner, and the deduction points applied to the health score. |
Task 360
The Task 360 page contains the following sections.
| Section | What you can see and do |
|---|---|
| Basic information | Key attributes of the task, including attribute information, scheduling information, and the task's input and output tables. To learn more about a table's lineage, click the table name in the Table Information section to open the table details page in Data Map. For information on scheduling properties, see Configure time properties. |
| Governance items for node | Governance issues that require action. Filter by Governance Issue or Status. Sort by Deduction, Identified At, or Duration. To handle an issue, click the issue name or click Handle in the Actions column to go to the Workbench page. For more information, see Handle governance issues. |
| Task associated baseline | All baselines the task belongs to, with today's execution details — including Baseline name, Committed completion time, and Alert time. If other tasks in a baseline depend on the current task, the task's execution status affects the baseline's data generation. Click a baseline name to go to the Smart Baseline page. For more information, see Smart Baseline overview. |
| Task execution information | Execution records for instances generated in the last 30 days. Filter by Instance ID, Execution Status, or Instance Type. To view instance details, click View Details in the Actions column to go to Operation Center. |
| Metric trend | Trends for the task over a selected time range, across dimensions such as Running duration, Start time, Completion time, Scheduling waiting time, Consumed CPUs, and Consumed memory. |
| Event records | Operation history for the task and the governance progress of detected governance issues. |
