Last Updated:Jul 17, 2026

Asset 360 consolidates basic information, governance issue status, baseline execution details, instance runtime data, and governance action logs for any task or table into a single page.

Permissions

  • To select any workspace, you must have one of the following roles or accounts:

    • An Alibaba Cloud account

    • A RAM user with the AliyunDataWorksfullAccess policy

    • A tenant administrator

    • A tenant-level data governance administrator

  • Other users can select only workspaces where they are administrators.

Limitation

Asset 360 supports tables from MaxCompute, E-MapReduce (EMR), Hologres, DLF, and StarRocks data sources.

To view a Hologres table, you must first collect its metadata in Data Map. For more information, see metadata collection.

Note

Data Asset Governance supports Hologres compute resources only in the China (Beijing), China (Shanghai), China (Hangzhou), and China (Shenzhen) regions.

Go to Asset 360

  1. Go to the Data Asset Governance page.

Log on to the DataWorks console. In the top navigation bar, select the desired region. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Data Governance > Data Asset Governance. On the page that appears, click Go to Data Asset Governance.

  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Assets > Business Asset. Find the target asset and click Asset 360 in the Actions column to open the asset details page.

View Asset 360

Asset 360 opens the Table 360 or Task 360 page depending on the selected asset type.

Task Associated Baseline

Lists the baselines that include the current node and their execution status for the current day, including Baseline Name, Priority, Status, Committed Completion Time, and Alerting Time. You can click a baseline name to go to the Intelligent Baselines page.

Note

For more information about the intelligent baseline feature, see Intelligent baselines.

Task Execution Information

Shows instance execution status over the last 30 days. You can filter by Instance ID, Execution Status, and Instance type. You can also sort by Data Timestamp, Timing Time, Start run time, End Time, and Run time.

  • Click the Tasks drop-down list to switch between different instance tasks.

  • Click View Details in the Actions column of a specific instance ID to go to the Operation Center page and view the instance details.
