The Operating Record page displays the records of the operations that you performed in Operation Center.

Limits

  • Only the O&M operations that you performed in the current workspace are recorded.
  • Only the operations that you performed over the previous 30 days are displayed. The following types of operations are recorded:
    • Undeploy, freeze, or unfreeze a node.
    • Freeze, unfreeze, or terminate a node instance, or forcefully rerun descendant instances of a node instance.
    • Create, enable, disable, modify, or delete a baseline.
  • Only the O&M personnel of the workspace, the workspace administrator, and the tenant administrator can view the operation records on the Operating Record page.
  • Only the operations that you performed on pages are recorded. The operations that you performed by calling API operations are not recorded.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Operating Record page.
    1. Go to the Operation Center page. For more information, see Go to the Overview page.
    2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Operating Record.
  2. View the details about operation records.

    Filter operation records In the rectangle marked with 1 in the preceding figure, you can specify filter conditions to search for your desired operation records.
    You can specify the following filter conditions: Object, Type, Operator, and Operation Date. The following types of operations can be recorded:
    • Undeploy, freeze, or unfreeze a node.
    • Freeze, unfreeze, or terminate a node instance, or forcefully rerun descendant instances of a node instance.
    • Create, enable, disable, modify, or delete a baseline.
    View the details about an operation record In the rectangle marked with 2 in the preceding figure, you can view the information about each operation record. The information includes Operation Time, Operation type, Operator, Involved Object, and Status.

    You can click Details in the Actions column of an operation record to view the result of the operation. You can also click the name of a node or a node instance to go to the node list to which the node belongs, the instance list to which the node instance belongs, or the DataStudio page.
