If you want to unsubscribe from a DataV instance after you purchase the instance, you can unsubscribe from the instance. This topic describes how to unsubscribe from a DataV.
The unsubscribe concept
Types of unsubscription supported by the DataV: Non-five-day unsubscription for legitimate reasons.
If your purchase DataV is less than five days or more than five days old and you have a valid reason to unsubscribe, you can follow the steps below.
Self-service unsubscribe operation process
After a switchover is performed at the Alibaba Cloud User Center.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Unsubscribe.
On the Unsubscribe page, click the Unsubscribe from In-use Resources tab and select Non-full Unsubscribe to search for the retained instances. Select an instance and click Cancel Resource.
Select and enter the reason for unsubscribing based on your actual situation, read the Unsubscribe Rule, select OK, and then click Unsubscribe Now.
The unsubscribe request is successful. Wait for the request to be processed.
