Dataphin:Message channel overview

Dataphin integrates with a variety of message channels, including standard system channels like phone, text message, email, and DingTalk group bots, as well as user-defined channels.

Feature introduction

  • Dataphin enables the sending of alert messages through DingTalk group or email. To do this, configure the DingTalk group bot's webhook in member management (for details on configuring the webhook, see Configure member and super administrator contact information). The system dispatches DingTalk group messages based on the acceptance method set when tasks, quality rules, service monitoring, or other system triggers activate the monitoring rules. For email notifications, configure the recipient's email address and other relevant parameters.

  • Dataphin allows configuration of alert services using Alibaba Cloud Voice Service and Alibaba Cloud Short Message Service. These services enable the delivery of alert messages via phone and text message, contributing to production safety.

  • Enterprises with existing text message or voice channels can also use these to send Dataphin messages.

Message channel entry

  1. Navigate to the Dataphin home page and single click Management Center on the top menu bar.

  2. Use the operation guide illustrated below to access the Message Channel settings page, which accommodates phone, text message, email, and custom channels.
