After you create an audience group, you can manage it. This topic describes the available management operations.
View audience group details
Project-internal audience groups
On the Dataphin home page, choose Tag > Label Workbench from the top menu bar.
From the top menu bar, choose Project. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Audience Group Processing > Audience Group Management.
On the Audience Group Management page, click the Project-internal Audience Groups tab.
In the audience group list, click the name of the target audience group to open the Audience Group Details panel.
On the Basic Information tab of the Audience Group Details panel, you can view the business attributes, technical attributes, selection logic, and downstream dependencies of the audience group. The displayed information varies based on the processing method.
One-stop selection audience group
Parameter

Business Attribute
Displays the associated entity, entity ID, processing method, owner, and description of the audience group.
Click Edit Business Attribute to modify the Audience Group Name, Owner, and Description.
Audience Group Name: Supports only Chinese characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, digits, and underscores (_). The name can be up to 64 characters long.
Owner: Select another member to be the owner of the audience group. This action transfers the ownership of the audience group.
Description: The description of the audience group. The description can be up to 1,000 characters long.
Technical Attribute
Displays the update method, online service status, and data update time of the audience group.
Selection Logic
Displays the version, estimated total size, and conditions of the audience group. You can edit the selection logic.
Version: Information about the latest version of the audience group, including the version number and version status. Click View Other Versions to go to the version list tab.
Estimated Total Size: By default, this is displayed as -. Click Estimate to estimate the total size. After the estimation is complete, the size is displayed as a number.
Conditions: The selection conditions for the audience group.
Edit Selection Logic: Modify the selection logic of the audience group. This includes selecting and configuring labels, behavioral relationships, or audience groups, and editing conditions.
If the version status is Editing, you can click Edit Selection Logic to go to the selection logic page and make changes.
If the version status is Submitted, Revoked, Submission Failed, Revocation Failed, or Revoking, clicking Edit Selection Logic creates a new version of the audience group and directs you to the selection logic page for modification.
You cannot edit the selection logic for a version with the status Submitting.
NoteIf the latest version displayed on the page is not the actual latest version, the actual latest version has a status of Submitting. If you click Edit Selection Logic, an "Edit failed" message appears. You must wait for the version submission to complete and the status to change to Submitted before you can edit it.
Downstream Dependency
Displays a list of downstream audience groups that depend on the current group, including their names, version numbers, and version statuses.
NoteThe downstream dependency parameter and its information are displayed only when the audience group has downstream dependencies.
Expression-based selection audience group

Import audience group

Imported File: Displays the name of the file imported for the audience group. Click the filename to download it.
Edit Selection Logic: Modify the import configuration for this audience group.

Displays a list of downstream audience groups that depend on the current group, including their names, version numbers, and version statuses.
NoteThe downstream dependency parameter and its information are displayed only when the audience group has downstream dependencies.
Requested audience groups
On the Audience Group Management page, click the Requested Audience Groups tab.
In the audience group list, click the name of the target audience group to open the Audience Group Details panel.
You can click Filter above the list to filter the audience groups by entity, entity ID, processing method, update method, owner, or running status.
The Audience Group Details panel displays the Basic Information of the audience group. The displayed information varies based on the processing method, as shown in the following tables.

Enable or disable online service for an audience group
On the Audience Group Management page, you can enable or disable the online service for a single audience group or for multiple audience groups in batches.
NoteYou can enable the online service for an audience group if its status is Published, Listed, or Delisting Failed, and the online service is not enabled.
You can disable the online service for an audience group if its status is Published, Listed, or Delisting Failed, and the online service is enabled.
Enable or disable the online service for a single audience group: Click the switch in the Online Service column for the target audience group.
Enable or disable the online service in batches:
In the audience group list, select multiple audience groups, or click Select All on This Page at the bottom of the list to select all audience groups on the current page.
Click the
icon at the bottom of the list and choose Enable Online Service in Batches or Disable Online Service in Batches.
In the dialog box that appears, click OK. After the online service is enabled for an audience group, the switch in the Online Service column for the group changes to the enabled state.
List an audience group
On the Audience Group Management page, you can list a single audience group or multiple audience groups in batches.
List a single audience group: Click the
icon in the Actions column for a target audience group that has a status of Published or Listing Failed to open the Audience Group Listing Request dialog box.List in batches:
In the audience group list, select multiple audience groups that have a status of Published or Listing Failed. You can also click Select All on This Page at the bottom of the list to select all audience groups on the current page. All selected groups must have a status of Published or Listing Failed.
Click List in Batches at the bottom of the list.
In the Audience Group Listing Request dialog box, specify the marketplace and category, and enter submission notes.
Parameter
Description
Marketplace for Listing
You can choose to list on a public marketplace or a private marketplace. The request will be approved by the public marketplace administrator or the private marketplace administrator, respectively. If a marketplace does not exist, you can create one. For more information, see Create a marketplace.
Category
The category to which the audience group belongs in the marketplace. If a category does not exist, you can go to the corresponding marketplace to create one. For more information, see Manage marketplace categories.
Submission Notes
Enter the request information. This information will be visible to the approver during the approval process.
Click Confirm and Submit.
After submission, the request is sent for approval. Once approved, the audience group is visible in the asset marketplace.
Delist an audience group
On the Audience Group Management page, you can delist a single audience group or multiple audience groups in batches.
Delist a single audience group: Click the
icon in the Actions column for a target audience group that has a Listed status.Delist in batches:
In the audience group list, select multiple audience groups that have a status of Listed or Delisting Failed. You can also click Select All on This Page at the bottom of the list to select all audience groups on the current page. All selected groups must have a status of Listed or Delisting Failed.
Click Delist in Batches.
Before an audience group is delisted, the system automatically performs a dependency check.
If none of the selected audience groups have dependencies, a confirmation dialog box appears. Click OK. The Audience Group Delisting Request dialog box appears.
If any of the selected audience groups have dependencies, the Dependency Check dialog box appears. In this dialog box, you can view the dependent projects and applications for the groups. Then, click Delist Groups Without Dependencies.
In the Audience Group Delisting Request dialog box, enter your notes in the Submission Notes field and click OK to complete the delisting process.
Publish an audience group
On the Audience Group Management page, you can publish a single audience group or multiple audience groups in batches.
Publish a single audience group: Click the
icon in the Actions column for a target audience group that has a status of To be published or Publishing failed to open the Publish Audience Group dialog box.Publish in Batches:
In the audience group list, select multiple groups that have a status of To be Published or Publishing Failed. You can also click Select All on This Page at the bottom of the list to select all audience groups on the current page. All selected groups must have a status of To be Published or Publishing Failed.
Click Publish in Batches at the bottom of the list.
In the dialog box that appears, click OK.
When you publish in batches, the system automatically selects the latest submitted version for publishing. In the following cases, the system ignores the specified groups and publishes only the eligible ones.
The selected audience group does not have a submitted version.
The current user does not have the required permissions for some of the selected groups.
Unpublish an audience group
On the Audience Group Management page, you can unpublish a single audience group or multiple audience groups in batches.
Unpublish a single audience group: Click the
icon in the Actions column for an audience group that has a Published or Unpublish Failed status.Unpublish in Batches:
In the audience group list, select multiple audience groups that have a status of Published or Unpublish Failed, or click Select All On This Page at the bottom of the page. (Your selection must include at least one audience group with a status of Published or Unpublish Failed.)
Click Unpublish in Batches at the bottom of the page.
Before the audience groups are unpublished, the system automatically performs a dependency check.
If none of the selected audience groups have dependencies, a confirmation dialog box appears. Click OK to unpublish the selected audience groups.
If any of the selected audience groups have dependencies, the Dependency Check dialog box appears. In this dialog box, you can view the dependencies for each group. Then, click Unpublish Groups Without Dependencies.
Manage audience group versions
The **Version List** tab in the audience group details panel displays a list of created versions. The list includes information such as Version Number, Version Description, Version Status, Running Status, and Last Updated By for each version.
(Optional) You can filter the versions by Version Number and Version Status.
You can perform the following operations in the version list.

icon in the Version Number column to view the audience selection logic for this version of the audience group.Edit version description

The edit operation is not supported for expression-based audience groups.
Details
Click the
icon in the Actions column for the target version to go to View Audience Logic and view the details of this version for the current audience group.Version Comparison
Click the
icon in the Actions column of the target version to go to the Version Comparison page. On this page, you can compare the selected version with other versions. The details of both versions are displayed, and any differences are highlighted.Submit
Click the
icon in the Actions column of the target version to submit the current version.NoteSubmission is supported only when the version status is Editing.
You cannot have more than two versions with a status of Submitted.
The submit operation is not supported for expression-based audience groups.
View Instances
Click the
icon in the Actions column of the target version to go to the View Instances page and view the list of instances.NoteViewing instances is supported only when the version status is Submitted.
Data Backfill
Click the
icon in the Actions column of the target version, and select Data Backfill.NoteData backfill is supported only for periodic audience groups when the version status is Submitted.
Roll back to this version
You can roll back to a previous version. Click the
icon in the Actions column for the target version and select Roll Back To This Version. In the dialog box that appears, click OK. The system then starts the rollback, automatically saves the version, and redirects you to the Edit Audience Logic page.If the latest version's status is Editing or Submission Failed, that version is overwritten and edited.
If the latest version's status is Submitted, Revoked, Revoking, or Revocation Failed, a new version is generated based on the information of the version you are rolling back to.
NoteRollback overwrites the version being edited and cannot be undone. Proceed with caution.
The rollback operation is not supported for expression-based audience groups.
Revoke
Click the
icon in the Actions column of the target version and select Revoke. In the dialog box that appears, click OK. After the version is revoked, its status changes to Revoked.NoteRevocation is supported only when the audience group's status is not Published and the current version's status is Submitted.
If the audience group version is in use, the revoke operation is not supported.
Delete
Click the
icon in the Actions column of the target version, select Delete, and in the dialog box that appears, click OK.NoteDeletion is supported only when the audience group has multiple versions and the target version's status is Editing or Revoked.
Run an audience group manually
You can run an audience group manually if its update method is set to Manual update.
On the Audience Group Management page, click the Project-internal Audience Groups tab. In the list of audience groups, click the
icon in the Actions column for the target audience group.In the Run dialog box, select the Version and Data Timestamp.
Click OK to run the audience group.
Analyze an audience group
On the Audience Group Management page, click the Project-internal Audience Groups or Requested Audience Groups tab.
Click the
icon in the Actions column for the target audience group to open the Audience Group Analysis page.On the Audience Group Analysis page, select a version for the current audience group and a target audience group and version for comparison.
In the Label value distribution area, click Select Labels.
In the Select Labels panel, select one or more labels for analysis. You can select from All labels, Project-internal labels, and Requested labels.
After you select the labels, click Confirm.
In the Label value distribution area, select a Date and click Analyze. You can then view the comparison data for the audience group in the **Label value distribution** area.
NoteThe selected Date is the data timestamp for the label data. This date applies only to periodic labels and periodic audience groups. For manual labels and manual audience groups, the latest update time is used.
Hover over the
tooltip icon next to a label name to view its business and technical attributes. For labels listed on the asset marketplace, you can click View Label Details in the tooltip to navigate to the label in the asset marketplace and view its details.
Remove audience group
On the Audience Group Management page, click the Requested Audience Groups tab. On the Requested Audience Groups tab, you can remove audience groups individually or in a batch.
Remove a single audience group: Click the
icon in the Actions column for the target audience group.Remove in batches:
In the requested audience group list, select multiple audience groups, or click Select All on This Page at the bottom of the list to select all audience groups on the current page.
Click Remove in Batches at the bottom of the page.
Before an audience group is removed, the system automatically performs a dependency check.
If none of the selected audience groups have dependencies, a confirmation dialog box appears. Click OK to remove the audience groups.
If any of the selected audience groups have dependencies, the Dependency Check dialog box appears. In this dialog box, you can view the groups that have dependencies and the items that depend on them. Then, click Continue to Remove Groups Without Dependencies.
