Database Backup (DBS) allows you to renew backup schedules to extend their subscriptions.
This topic describes how to renew backup schedules that use the subscription billing method. We recommend that you enable auto-renewal for your backup schedules or manually renew your backup schedules before the expiration date. This avoids interruptions to your backup due to expiration. For more information, see Overdue payments and expiration.
Billing
The fee required to renew a backup schedule is the same as that required to purchase a backup schedule. For more information, see Backup fees.
Auto-renewal
If you enable auto-renewal for a backup schedule, you do not need to manually renew the backup schedule on a regular basis. This ensures service continuity even if you do not renew the backup schedule on time.
