After you configure or modify a task flow, you must publish the latest task flow. This prevents the modified task flow from being published before the modifications to the task flow are confirmed.
Publish a task flow
- Log on to the DMS console V5.0.
- In the top navigation bar, click DTS. In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
- Click the name of a task flow that you want to manage to go to the task flow editing tab.
- Optional:Test the running of the task flow.
- Publish the task flow.
- In the upper-left corner of the canvas, click Publish.
- In the Publish dialog box, set the Remarks parameter and click Publish.
- View the status of the task flow.
Unpublish a task flow
You can unpublish or delete a task flow if it is no longer required.
- Log on to the DMS console V5.0.
- In the top navigation bar, click DTS. In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
- Click the name of a task flow that you want to manage to go to the task flow editing tab.
- Unpublish a task flow.
- In the upper-left corner of the canvas, click Unpublish.
- In the message that appears, click Unpublish.
