Database Autonomy Service:Real-time performance monitoring

Last Updated:Mar 28, 2026

Use this feature to track the performance of database instances and each node on an instance as it changes — during stress tests or promotional events — and detect issues before they escalate.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A database instance managed in DAS

  • Access to the DAS console

Monitor real-time performance

  1. Log on to the DAS console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Instance Monitoring.

  3. Find the database instance you want to monitor and click its instance ID. The instance details page opens.

  4. In the left-side navigation pane, click Real-time Monitoring. Two views are available: To see a description of each metric, click Metric Description in the upper-left corner.
