Compute Nest is a one-stop software cloudification platform on Alibaba Cloud. It serves two distinct roles: service providers (Software as a Service (SaaS) vendors, AI tool developers, and enterprises offering private deployments) use it to build, publish, and operate cloud-ready software offerings; users (enterprise buyers and individual developers) use it to discover, deploy, and manage third-party software services from a single console.
How it works for each role
Service providers publish services to the Service Catalog or Alibaba Cloud Marketplace, then manage delivery and O&M from the Compute Nest console. After a user subscribes and grants authorization, service providers can remotely access the operating environment and configuration of that subscription.
Users browse available services through a centralized portal, subscribe with one click, and manage all subscribed services—monitoring, configuration, and resources—from the same console.
