Cloud Monitor:Create a chatbot

When an alert rule is triggered, you can receive alert notifications in your specified chatbots. Supported chatbot types include DingTalk, Lark, Slack, WeCom, and Teams.

Create a chatbot

  1. Log on to the Cloud Monitor 2.0 console. In the left navigation pane, choose Alert Center > Notifications > Targets.

  2. On the Notification Objects page, click the Chatbots tab. Then, click Create Chatbot.

  3. In the Create Chatbot dialog box, set the following parameters:

    • Name: Enter a chatbot name, which does not need to be unique.

    • Identifier: Enter a unique identifier for the chatbot.

    • Type: Select the chatbot type, such as DingTalk, Lark, Slack, WeCom, and Teams.

    • URL: Enter the webhook address of the chatbot.

    • Language: Select Chinese or English.

    Then, click OK.

Manage chatbots

On the Chatbots tab, perform the following actions on the chatbots:

  • Search: Search for chatbots by type or keyword in the name.

  • Edit: Click Edit in the Actions column. In the Edit Chatbot dialog box, edit chatbot information and click OK.

  • Delete: Click Delete in the Actions column of a chatbot.

  • Batch delete: Select chatbots, click Delete below the chatbot list, and click OK.
