You can query the alert notification data generated based on event subscription policies in the notification history. You can also perform exact queries based on configurations such as cleared alerts, uncleared alerts, alert levels, and event subscription rules.
Prerequisites
An event subscription policy is created. For more information, see Manage event subscription policies (recommended).
Procedure
Log on to the CloudMonitor console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Event Center > Notification History.
View the desired alerts in the notification history.
Select a category, such as All, Not Resolved, or Resolved to query and filter historical alert notifications.
In the search box, you can use keywords to search for the content of alert notifications. The query syntax supported by Simple Log Service is also supported. Then, click Search to perform a quick search.
To further query the exact alert content in the notification history, you can click Advanced Filter to the right of the search box and select the following query options from the hidden drop-down panel:
Subscription Rule ID: On the Notification History page, find Subscription Rule ID in the historical event list in the lower part.
Subscription Rule Name: In the navigation pane, click Event Subscription. Then, find the Policy name column in the list.
Alert Level: You can query four levels of alerts, including Critical, Warn, Info, and Resolved.
Alert Contact Group: Filter alerts by contact group.
Sending Status: The query status can be Silent/Suppressed or Successful.
By default, the alert information in the last 6 hours is queried. If you want to query the exact time of alerts in the notification history, you can perform queries by year, month, day, hour, minute, or second.
View a column chart
You can view the number of alerts in the notification history by alert level in a column chart.
