If you need to manually stop a cloud service for maintenance or upgrade, you can disable all alert rules of the application group to which the cloud service belongs. This prevents a large number of alert notifications generated due to manual operations.
Prerequisites
The status of the alert rules is Normal.
Procedure
Log on to the CloudMonitor console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Application Groups.
On the Application Groups tab, click the name of the application group.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Alert Rules.
Disable one or more alert rules.
Disable an alert rule
On the Alert Rules page, find the alert rule that you want to disable, choose
> Disable in the Actions column. In the Disable Alert Rule message, click OK.
Disable multiple alert rules
Select the alert rules that you want to disable, and then click Disable in the lower-left corner.
In the Disable Alert Rule message, click OK.
