Cloud Migration Hub is a one-stop migration platform developed by Alibaba Cloud. It provides automated and intelligent system surveys, cloud planning, and migration management to simplify and accelerate cloud migration. This helps you manage the full lifecycle of migration in a business-oriented manner.
Benefits
Adaptation to various sources
Cloud Migration Hub adapts to various common IT infrastructures in different environments, including general data centers and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and Tencent Cloud. The migration team of Alibaba Cloud designs specific collectors to survey resources in different environments. The collectors can collect resource information such as networking, hostnames, processes, topologies, and performance. The collected data is used for subsequent migration analysis and planning.
High data security
To meet different requirements on data security and auditing, Cloud Migration Hub supports automatic import of collected data, and also allows you to export collected data from on-premises computers, check the data, and import the data to Cloud Migration Hub. In addition, Cloud Migration Hub provides full-process encryption for all IT resource information. The IT resource information is encrypted by using Alibaba Cloud Key Management Service (KMS) before it is stored on disks. This ensures high data security. The IT resource information includes all the information collected by Cloud Migration Hub and all the data that you import, such as IP addresses, hostnames, processes, monitoring data, and networking.

Cloud Migration Hub provides migration plan templates that are generated based on best practices. You can create migration plans with the templates for various migration scenarios. Cloud Migration Hub also provides a variety of end-to-end tools to help you survey resources, map service specifications, create resources, create migration tasks, schedule tasks, and monitor migration status on a dashboard. You can use the migration plan feature to manage the full lifecycle of migration.
Ease of use and high efficiency
Cloud Migration Hub provides one-stop migration capabilities to improve cloud migration efficiency. It integrates with multiple Alibaba Cloud migration services and allows you to manage these services in a centralized manner. You can quickly and flexibly initiate migration tasks. In addition, a built-in lightweight task scheduling feature is provided to batch schedule migration tasks by creating scheduling groups.

Task Scheduling
Cloud Migration Hub provides the task scheduling feature to resolve issues such as insufficient migration bandwidth and source-end overloading during batch data migration. You can go to the Task Scheduling page of the Cloud Migration Hub console to configure scheduling policies to manage migration tasks by scheduling group and time period. You can configure custom conditions in scheduling policies.

The traffic playback feature provides a solution to resolve the preceding compatibility and performance issues. You can perform a migration test to run the system SQL logs of your source database on the destination database. This exposes the focus areas of database transformation and the performance issue, reduces the difficulty of database migration, and provides users with an agile, efficient, and transparent database migration experience.
Core capabilities of traffic playback
Database log collection: The traffic playback feature collects the audit logs and SQL logs of various database services and parses the collected logs into playback logs in a unified format.
