If an Internet Shared Bandwidth that was created the specified number of days ago is not associated with a cloud resource, the evaluation result is Non-compliant.
If the duration from the creation time of an Internet Shared Bandwidth to the current time is shorter than the specified number of days, the evaluation result is Not Applicable.
