Checks whether a Redis instance is actively using its allocated memory. An instance is compliant if its maximum memory utilization over a specified period meets or exceeds a specified threshold. The default detection period is the past 7 days. This check uses the Cloud Monitor data API and consumes the free quota of basic Cloud Monitor. To improve detection quality, enable Hybrid Cloud Monitoring. For billing details, see Cloud Monitor billing details.
