Cloud Config:rds-instance-monitored-second-level

Evaluates whether the monitoring frequency configured for each ApsaraDB RDS instance meets or falls below a specified threshold. If so, the evaluation result is Compliant.

Scenarios

Specify an appropriate monitoring frequency to detect database instance events and track instance status promptly.

Risk level

Default risk level: low.

You can adjust the risk level to suit your business requirements.

Compliance evaluation logic

  • If the monitoring frequency configured for an ApsaraDB RDS instance is less than or equal to a specified value, the evaluation result is Compliant.
  • If the monitoring frequency configured for an ApsaraDB RDS instance is greater than a specified value, the evaluation result is Incompliant. For information about how to fix this, seeIncompliance remediation.
