Evaluates whether auto scaling is enabled for the node pools of each Container Service for Kubernetes (ACK) cluster. ACK clusters without node pools are marked as not applicable.
Scenario
The ACK auto scaling component automatically scales nodes by adding or removing instances — including regular, GPU-accelerated, and preemptible instances. It supports multiple scaling modes, various instance types, and cross-zone deployments.
Risk level
Default risk level: low.
You can change the risk level based on your business requirements when you apply this rule.
Compliance evaluation logic
An ACK cluster is evaluated as compliant if auto scaling is enabled for its node pools. Clusters without node pools are not applicable.
