An Application Load Balancer (ALB) instance is considered non-compliant if its connection failure rate is greater than or equal to a specified value for at least 8 hours within a specific time range. This rule does not apply if the ALB instance is not connected to CloudMonitor or if no monitoring data is available. By default, the detection time range is the last 7 days. The check uses the monitoring data API of CloudMonitor and consumes the free quota for Basic CloudMonitor. To ensure the quality of the check, you can enable Hybrid Cloud Monitoring. For more information about the billing for Hybrid Cloud Monitoring, see CloudMonitor billing.
Scenarios
This rule checks if the connection failure rate of an ALB instance remains high. This helps you promptly identify network connectivity issues or abnormal backend services.
Risk level
Default risk level: High.
You can change the risk level as needed.
