ApsaraDB for ClickHouse:Restart an ApsaraDB for ClickHouse cluster

ApsaraDB for ClickHouse allows you to restart ApsaraDB for ClickHouse clusters. If an ApsaraDB for ClickHouse cluster becomes unavailable or you need to restart an ApsaraDB for ClickHouse cluster to fix issues, you can restart the cluster. This topic describes how to restart an ApsaraDB for ClickHouse cluster in the ApsaraDB for ClickHouse console.

Usage notes

  • An ApsaraDB for ClickHouse cluster is created. For more information, see Create an ApsaraDB for ClickHouse cluster.

  • The cluster that you want to manage is in the Running state.

  • During the restart of an ApsaraDB for ClickHouse cluster, a transient connection occurs and lasts about 30 seconds. We recommend that you restart an ApsaraDB for ClickHouse cluster during off-peak hours.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the ApsaraDB for ClickHouse console.

  2. In the top navigation bar, select the region where the cluster that you want to manage is deployed.

  3. On the Clusters page, click the Default Instances tab and click the ID of the cluster that you want to manage.

  4. In the upper-right corner of the page that appears, click Restart Setting.

  5. In the Restart Setting dialog box, select Schedule Restart or Restart Now based on your business requirements.

    • Schedule Restart: In the Scheduled Time time picker, select the time when you want to restart the cluster. The cluster restarts at the specified time.

      Note

      In the Restart Setting dialog box, you can click Cancel Schedule to cancel the specified time for restarting the cluster.

    • Restart Now: The cluster restarts immediately.

  6. Click OK.

    Note

    During the restart, the cluster state changes to Restarting. After the cluster state changes to Running, the restart is complete.
