Chat App Message Service:Message list

After sending messages, use the Chat App Message Service console to monitor message activity, including delivery details, status reports, and batch sending history. This topic describes how to view message sending and receiving details in the Chat App Message Service console.

Query message lists

The message list feature includes three modules: Message List, Batch Sending List, and Pending/Failed List. Apply filters as needed.

  1. Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

  2. Click Channel Management > Manage > Message List.

  3. Go to the Message List page and set filter criteria to locate the required data.

  4. Query message lists:

    • Message List: Includes sent and received messages. Filter by Business number, List type, Batch ID, User number, Template code, and Time.

    • Batch Sending: Filter by Business number and Time.

    • Pending/Failed: Filter by Business number and Time.

    Note

    The date range must be within a single calendar month.
