ChatApp Message Service:View message statistics

After messages are sent, you can view statistics about the messages in the ChatApp console. The statistics include message delivery and receipt details, status reports, and batch delivery details. This topic describes how to view message statistics in the ChatApp console.

View message statistics

  1. Log on to the ChatApp console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Messages.

  3. On the Messages page, filter messages based on query conditions.

    You can filter messages by merchant number, message type, user phone number, or time when messages are received or sent.

    Note

    You cannot select a time range that spans more than one month.

  4. Click Search.

  5. To view details about messages or message status reports, click Message Details or Status Report.

View messages that are sent in batches

  1. Log on to the ChatApp console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Messages > Batch Delivery.

  3. On the Batch Delivery page, filter messages by merchant number and delivery time.

    Note

    You cannot select a time range that spans more than one month.

  4. Click Search.

  5. To view details about messages that are sent in batches, click View Details.
