Billing
1. Monthly Fee
A flat fee of 197 USD per month applies, regardless of country or region.
If your total message fee for the month exceeds the flat Monthly Fee, the Monthly Fee is waived and you are only charged for the actual Message Fee.
If your total Message Fee is less than the Monthly Fee, you are charged the full Monthly Fee.
For example:
If your Message Fee for the month is 100 USD, your bill is 197 USD.
If your Message Fee for the month is 200 USD, your bill is 200 USD.
2. Message Fee
Viber Message Fees vary based on the destination country or region, message type, and industry category (standard or special). If your business is in a special category, contact your account manager before you apply to confirm the Monthly Fee and the Message Fees for each message type in your target countries. For standard industry rates, see Pricing.
3. Chat App Service Fee
A Chat App Service Fee of 0.005 USD is charged per message or session, regardless of country or region.
For example, if you send a marketing message to the Philippines at the standard rate, the Viber Message Fee is 0.0046 USD per message. The total cost for a successfully delivered message combines the Viber Message Fee and the Chat App Service Fee: 0.0046 + 0.005 = 0.0096 USD.
