This topic describes how to upload images, documents, and videos that can be used in message templates.
All uploaded materials are automatically saved to the material library. You can go to the material library to manage the materials.
Upload an image
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management.

On the Channel Management page, click a Channel ID or click Manage in the Actions column.
Click Template Design in the left navigation tree.
Click a template name or Edit in the Actions column.
Click the Add Header Information button
.Set Material Type to Image.
Click Select Sample Content.
In the Select Resource dialog box, click Upload File and choose the image that you want to upload.
In the Upload File dialog box, specify the Resource Name.
Click OK to upload the image.
Supported formats: JPG and PNG. Size limit: 2 MB.
Upload a document
On the Template Design page, set Material Type to Document in the Header information section.
Click Select Sample Content.
In the Select Resource dialog box, click Upload File and select the document that you want to upload.
In the Upload File dialog box, set the Resource Name and Thumbnail.
Click OK to upload the document.
NoteSupported formats: TXT and PDF. Size limit: 10 MB.
Upload a video
On the Template Design page, set Material Type to Video in the Header information section.
Click Select Sample Content.
In the Select Resource dialog box, click Upload File and select the video that you want to upload.
In the Upload File dialog box, set the Resource Name and Thumbnail.
Click OK to upload the video.
NoteSupported formats: MP4 and WebM. Size limit: 10 MB. Max duration: 60 seconds.
