Use Telegram templates to design and predefine message content, improving messaging efficiency. Once saved, a template can be sent directly without review.
Prerequisites
You have connected a bot. For instructions, see bot management.
The following steps are performed from the Template Design page. To get to this page, on the page, click the Channel ID of the desired Telegram channel.
Create a template
On the template design page, click Add.
In the dialog box, enter the template information and click OK.
After the template is created, you are automatically taken to the edit page to design its content.
Design template content
After creating a template, you need to design its content.
On the template design page, find the target template and click Edit.
Design the content based on the selected content type, following the on-screen prompts.
Click Save.
Delete a template
Deleted templates cannot be restored. This action might affect in-progress messages or cause scheduled sending tasks to fail. Before deleting a template, ensure it is not in use.
On the template design page, find the target template and click Delete.
In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
