This topic describes how to query messaging records in the ChatApp console. You can obtain billing details based on the messaging records.
Procedure
Log on to the ChatApp console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Messaging Records.
On the Messaging Records page, query messaging records based on filter conditions.
You can filter messaging records by merchant number, user phone number, or delivery time.
NoteYou cannot select a time range that spans more than one month.
Click Search.
