Chat App Message Service:Messaging records

This topic describes how to query messaging records in the Chat App Message Service console. You can obtain billing details based on the messaging records.

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

  2. In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management.

  3. On the Channel Management page, click a Channel ID or click Manage in the Actions column.

  4. On the channel operation page,click Messaging Record Query in the left navigation pane.

  5. Query messaging records based on filter conditions. You can filter messaging records by business number, user phone number, or message sending time.

    Note

    You cannot select a time range that spans more than one month.

  6. Click the Search icon.

    If you need to download messaging records, click the download icon. After the download task is submitted, go to Download Center to download the records.
