Chat App Message Service:Query messaging records

This topic describes how to query messaging records in the Chat App Message Service console to view your billing details.

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

  2. In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management.

  3. On the Channel Management page, click a Channel ID or click Manage in the Actions column.

  4. On the channel details page, click Messaging Record Query.

  5. On the Messaging Record Query page, you can filter records by business number, user number, or send time.

    Note

    You cannot select a time range that spans more than one month.

  6. Click Search.

    To download the messaging records, click the export icon. After you submit the task, you can download the file from the Download Hub.
