This topic describes how to query messaging records in the Chat App Message Service console. You can obtain billing details based on the messaging records.
Prerequisites
Alibaba Cloud account registration and enterprise identity verification have been completed.
Chat App Message Service has been activated.
A channel is created and bound to an account.
A message template is created and approved.
Messages are sent.
Procedure
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.
In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management.
On the Channel Management page, click a Channel ID or click Manage in the Actions column.
On the channel operation page,click Messaging Record Query in the left navigation pane.
Query messaging records based on filter conditions. You can filter messaging records by business number, user phone number, or message sending time.
NoteYou cannot select a time range that spans more than one month.
Click the Search icon.
NoteIf you need to download messaging records, click the download icon. After the download task is submitted, go to Download Center to download the records.
