This topic describes how to manage the material library. You can upload, copy, edit, or delete materials.
Prerequisites
Alibaba Cloud account registration and enterprise identity verification have been completed.
Chat App Message Service has been activated.
You have created a channel, and connnected or granted authorization to an account.
Procedure
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management.

On the Channel Management page, click a Channel ID or click Manage in the Actions column.
On the channel details page, choose Material Library.
Select a material type to upload, such as Image, Video, Audio, or File.

Image
Click Upload File to upload an image.
Set Resource Name and click OK.
NoteOn the image list, hover over an image and click the corresponding button to perform the following operations:
Copy link.
Copy the material code.
Delete.
Video
Click Upload File to upload a video.
Set Resource Name and Thumbnail, and then click OK.
NoteOn the video list, hover over a video and click the corresponding button to perform the following operations:
View the video. Click the video file to play it. On the video interface, click the
icon to download the video or set the playback speed.Copy link.
Copy the material code.
Delete.
Audio
Click Upload File to upload an audio file.
Set Resource Name and Thumbnail, and then click OK.
NoteOn the audio list, hover over an audio file and click the corresponding button to perform the following operations:
Copy link.
Copy the material code.
Delete.
File
Click Upload File.
Set Resource Name and Thumbnail, and then click OK.
NoteOn the file list, hover over a file and click the corresponding button to perform the following operations:
View and download the file.
Copy link.
Copy the material code.
Delete.
Optional: Select the materials that you no longer need and click Batch Delete to delete them.
