    ChatApp Message Service:Manage a material library

    You can manage your material library. For example, you can upload material, copy material code or a link, modify information about material, and delete material. This topic describes how to manage your material library.

    Prerequisites

    • ChatApp Message Service is activated.

    • An Alibaba Cloud account is created and enterprise verification is complete for the Alibaba Cloud account. If you do not have an Alibaba Cloud account or do not complete enterprise verification, go to the Register account page to create a business account and go to the Real-name Registration page to complete enterprise real-name verification.

    Procedure

    1. Log on to the ChatApp console.

    2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Material library.

    3. On the page that appears, click the type of the material that you want to upload. Then, a list that shows the corresponding material appears. You can click Image, Video, Audio, or File on the page. The following table describes the types of material.

      Image

      1. Click File upload. Then, upload an image.

      2. In the Add materials in batches dialog box, specify the Name parameter and the Size parameter for the image. Then, click Save.

      Note

      On the page that appears, move the pointer over the image. Then, you can click the icons that appear to perform the following operations:

      • Copy the link of the image.

      • Copy the code of the image.

      • Modify information about the image.

      • Delete the image. If the image is unused, you can perform this operation.

      Video

      1. Click File upload. Then, upload a video.

      2. In the Add materials in batches dialog box, specify the Name parameter and the Thumbnail parameter for the video. Then, click Save.

      Note

      On the page that appears, move the pointer over the video. Then, you can click the icons that appear to perform the following operations:

      • View the video. After you click the View video icon, you can click the icon to download the video or set the video play speed.

      • Copy the link of the video.

      • Copy the code of the video.

      • Modify information about the video.

      • Delete the video. If the video is unused, you can perform this operation.

      Audio

      1. Click File upload. Then, upload audio.

      2. In the Add materials in batches dialog box, specify the Name parameter and the Thumbnail parameter for the audio. Then, click Save.

      Note

      On the page that appears, move the pointer over the audio. Then, you can click the icons that appear to perform the following operations:

      • Copy the link of the audio.

      • Copy the code of the audio.

      • Modify information about the audio.

      • Delete the audio. If the audio is unused, you can perform this operation.

      File

      1. Click File upload. Then, upload a file.

      2. In the Add materials in batches dialog box, specify the Name parameter and the Thumbnail parameter for the file. Then, click Save

      Note

      On the page that appears, move the pointer over the file. Then, you can click the icons that appear to perform the following operations:

      • View the file. After you click the Check icon, you can print or download the file.

      • Copy the link of the file.

      • Copy the code of the file.

      • Modify information about the file.

      • Delete the file. If the file is unused, you can perform this operation.

    4. Optional:Select the unused material that you want to delete and click Batch delete to delete the material.
