This topic describes how to manage Messenger message templates, including adding, designing, editing, and deleting templates.
Prerequisites
The public homepage account is connected. To perform operations, see Public Homepage.
Create a template
To create a template, perform the following steps:
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console. In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management. Then, click the channel ID of a Messenger channel.

Go to the Template Design page and click Add.

In the dialog box that appears, set the required parameters and click OK.
NoteAfter you create the template, the system automatically opens the edit page. You can then continue designing the template on this page. For more information, see the referenced document.
Design a template
To design the template that you just created, perform the following steps. For more information about how to create a template, see the referenced document.

Design the template content based on the content type you selected when you created the template. Follow the on-screen prompts.

Click Save.
Edit a template
To edit a template, perform the following steps:
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console. In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management. Then, click the channel ID of a Messenger channel.

Go to the Template Design page. Find the template that you want to edit and click Edit.

Edit the template content as needed and click Save.
Delete a template
To delete a template, perform the following steps:
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console. In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management. Then, click the channel ID of a Messenger channel.

Go to the Template Design page. Find the template that you want to delete and click Delete. In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
