The data dashboard displays messaging statistics for your channels, including send counts, arrival rates, read rates, and template statistics.

Prerequisites

  • A channel has been created.

Message statistics

Message statistics track message status by sender account or phone number. View trends in a line chart or review data in the summary section. Filter by sender and time period.

Send count

Total messages sent.

Arrival count

Messages received by user devices.

Read count

Messages read by users.

Uplink count

Messages replied to by users.

Arrival rate

Ratio of messages received to total messages sent.

Read rate

Ratio of messages read to total messages sent.

Template statistics

Template statistics are collected by message template. Filter by template category, name, or sending period. Statistics include template name, code, type, language, send count, arrival rate, and click events.

Note

Click event statistics are available only for specific template types and channels.

Fallback statistics

When sending a message, you can select a fallback policy. If delivery fails, the message is resent as SMS based on the fallback policy.

Fallback statistics are collected by message template. Filter by sender account, phone number, or sending period. Statistics include template name, code, language, and fallback message count.
