This topic describes how to query the daily statistics reports of users.
Prerequisites
Alibaba Cloud account registration and enterprise identity verification have been completed.
Chat App Message Service has been activated.

A channel is created and is bound to an account or authorized to use an account.

A message template is created and approved.

Query daily statistics report
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.
In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management.
On the Channel Management page, click a Channel ID or click Manage in the Actions column.
On the Channel Management page, choose Daily Statistics Reports for Customers.
On the Daily Statistics Reports for Customers page, select the account (or number) and date to query.
