Chat App Message Service:Create a Viber channel

This topic describes how to create a Viber channel in Chat App Message Service.

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. Go to the Chat App Message Service console.

  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Channel Management > Create Channel.

    Note

    If your account has service provider status, Channel Management is displayed as Customer Management in the navigation bar.

  3. In the Create Channel dialog box, set Channel Type to Viber and enter a custom Channel Name.

  4. Click OK. The Viber channel is created.
