Chat App Message Service:Create a Viber channel

Before you begin

• Registered an Alibaba Cloud account and complete enterprise identity verification.

• Activate Chat App Message Service.

Procedure

1. Go to the Chat App Message Service console.

2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Channel Management > Create Channel.

   Note

   If your account has service provider status, Channel Management is displayed as Customer Management in the navigation bar.

3. In the Create Channel dialog box, set Channel Type to Viber and enter a custom Channel Name.

4. Click OK. The Viber channel is created.

What to do next

On the Channel Management page, click a Channel ID to open its details page. You can perform the following tasks:

• Register and attach a Viber account

• Design a template

• Send a Viber message
