Chat App Message Service:Create and manage Viber channels

This topic describes how to create a Viber channel in Chat App Message Service.

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. Go to the Chat App Message Service console.

  2. Choose Channel Management, then click Create Channel.

    Note

    If your account has service provider permissions, Channel Management appears as Customer Management in the left navigation pane.

  3. In the Create Channel dialog box, set Channel Type to Viber and enter a custom Channel Name.

  4. Click OK. The Viber channel is created.
